In partnership with Accela, Inc., the Neighborhood Resource Center is fulfilling its promise to deliver more convenient, and interactive government services to you through our E-Link. To use E-Link you will not need to register or login at this time. When using the service you can view information and get questions answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week directly from the NRC computer records. We trust that this site will provide you with a new, higher level of service that makes living and working in our community a more enjoyable experience.
